Great customer service. I went in with a lot of questions and came out with a lot of helpful information. From start to finish they handled every detail. I would recommend them for all your fireplace/heating needs. The store is very fun to walk thru also.
I'm working from home and on 12/27 - late in the day, I left a message that my pilot light wouldn't turn on. 12/28 - Late in the day, Bellevue Fireplace called me back and left message in response to my message. 12/29 - I called back and the lady walked me thru the steps in details on "debugging" the issue plus gave me Valor's website. 12/30 - I fixed the issue! I couldn't be more happy!!!
My fireplace would not turn on and I requested an evaluation and repair. I was told they figure a 1 hour change of $250 plus parts. The repairman arrived at 5:00PM as scheduled; shined a light into the fireplace and noted that the pilot light was on which I had lite; but I had failed to then open the valve for gas which he did. The whole visit took about 5 minutes and he commented he would get home early. I stopped by the shop and told them the repairman said we would not be charged for 1 hour. If you are looking to install a gas fireplace anywhere on the Eastside, Bellevue Fireplace is absolutely the best. The professionalism and knowledge of the plumbing required; the amazingly warm and helpful service; the selection; and the absolute integrity of the owners are outstanding. We had our gas fireplace installed 3 years ago and we love it and use it just as much today as we did when we first got it.
