Been without A/C for a week with no update from maintenance since determining the issue. Have called the maintenance department to determine a timeline of when it will get fixed and haven’t heard back. They did provide a portable unit in the bedroom, but that doesn’t help when it reached over 90 degrees outside and inside it was 85.
Like others have mentioned, no issues when actually living here. But they are refusing to give me my deposit back when I can 100% assure you I left that place cleaner than I found it. When I moved in the entire place was caked in dog hair.
READ THIS BEFORE LIVING HERE: Front office and property management will do NOTHING if your family/pets are blatantly and constantly being harassed by your neighbors with absolutely absurd amounts of noise. There are documents you must literally sign before you move in that state they have a policy in place where excessive levels of noise will NOT be tolerated. THIS document means absolutely nothing.
