My showing was such a positive experience! Ms.Arianne made me feel welcome and answered every question with patience and kindness. The apartment was even better than expected, and I left feeling really excited about the possibilities here. Thank you again , great place to live.
I would like to first start off by saying that JOY has been a pleasure when it comes to making you feel welcome and at home when you approach her. As soon as she comes in contact with you she greets you with Welcome home and thank you for becoming a part of our family. I just moved here and it’s very nice and quiet. Best complex I've ever lived in through Charlotte. The environment is very clean, staff are always friendly. The prices are amazing & they always have great specials. The only reason I left was because I moved to Atlanta. Would definitely recommend!
My son lived here for 2 years and didn’t have a problem. The issue occurred when he moved out. There are charges being charged to his account about carpet, refinishing the vinyl . First, there was nothing wrong with the carpet and the vinyl never needed to be replaced. The apartment was left in very good conditions. It’s a shame they treat tenants in this manner. We plan to seek legal advice.
