Just moved out of here after 9.5 years and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy !! Has been nothing but hell. The turn over in staff is insane and no one cares about the tenants ! They will do maintenance around the outside of the building but neglect to address your needs for the unit you live in. You are constantly bothered by them for stupid little things. My entire apartment smelled like smoke from my neighbour who obviously smoked inside her apartment. Didn’t matter if I brought up that they advertised as a non-smoking building, nobody would address the issue. Barking dogs were inside a unit and I never saw them being let out, most weeks they would bark loudly throughout the night for hours. Wifi sucked. They put in an electric vehicle charging station but my partner and I have been waiting for a stove for 3 months (the one in our unit has obviously been broken since before we moved in, it beeps incessantly). Property managers are dismissive of concerns and just tell you 'they're working on it' over and over again with 0 results. We have had to buy a toaster oven and countertop burner in order to cook because they do not provide working appliances. theres nothing overly special 2k price tag on an apartment that cant keep its water hot. and buzzers never working. plus the paid laundry machines behind locked door is laughable.
Despicable people that shouldn't be in the rental business at all and no I'm not reaching out to you either you slumlord.
