I felt like I needed to review AIY - Properties. I lived at the Belvidere-Newton for 2 years (in Lakewood). Was it the best experience EVER ? Well, no...but what is ? It was good...but could have been better. I wish that AIY would have invested a little money in landscaping in between the buildings. It was always gloomy and kind of depressing.
