I have Benefit Home Health Care (Benefit) as my home care supplier. Benefit has been very responsive to all my health needs. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) which complicates my overall health.*********************** is my Physical Therapist and closely watches the impact of MS on my mobility, balance and overall wellness. ***** goes above her job description which reflects well on Benefit as employer and services they offer and supply.

This is the third time I have utilized Benefits home services. As in the two previous services, *** was a wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate leader. ******** was my OT and Thursday, was my PT. Both young ladies were wonderful! Sensitive to my issues, caring, compassionate. They were strong enough to make sure I was secure and safe, even if I thought I was independent enough to do what I wanted. I just finished my in-home care for my total knee replacement with Allison, PT. She was very nice and compassionate. She's also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. My pain management was a little trickier than average with a pre-existing medical condition. Allison was very patient with me and we were able to quickly make a successful plan. Knee replacement is no joke, but I have had a great experience throughout the entire process.
We've had Benefit three times in 2020, I believe. Benefit Home Health Care provides outstanding service for my wife. She has had knee replacement surgery and has been recovering from multiple falls. Kristine (nurse), Alison (PT) and Julie (OT) are a good team...knowledgeable, caring, extremely patient and pleasant. Probably Alison Cummings is in a class by herself. Very professional, well-trained, sensitive, and her people skills are second to none. We will always choose Home Benefit and request this team.
