I had a total knee replacement Aug 20 and required physical therapy. Allyson was assigned to help me and she was awesome. She ensured I was able to navigate the bathroom, shower and stairs. I felt totally comfortable with her. Allyson is extremely knowledgeable with regard to knee replacements and recovery. I am giving Benefit Home Health a great review primarily for two reasons, Kristine, my nurse & Brett, my PT. Kristine is reliable, helpful, professional & kind. She has a calming presence which is just what I needed during a stressful post-op recovery. Brett is dependable, patient & encouraging. The only ding I'd give to Benefit was some problems with on-call phone service.
The team at Benefit treated my wife with love, care and respect. I am obviously very careful as to who I allow to come into our home to care for her, but the wound care nurse, PT, OT and Speech Pathologist were all amazing. I would have no problem endorsing them for any in home care that is needed.
As my father progressed through the various stages of ALS, the people at Benefit became part of our extended family. My elderly mother worked as hard as she could to prolong my father's life, but the respite provided by the people who would come to their home and assist Mom with tasks that were simply beyond her physical ability were life-savers (for her!). We will always appreciate the compassion and professionalism from the Benefit team.
