I reached out to Lifestance as I am currently going thru an extremely difficult time in my life! I started having sessions with Dr. Benjamin Henckel and he has helped me tremendously during these trying times!! I still have a ways to go but everyday it gets better thanks to his way of teaching me to cope with my problems. I look forward to our weekly sessions and I don't know where I would be without him!
