Thank You LifeStance for providing the opportunity to meet with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners like Benjamin List who actually listen to & care for their patients! Had it not been for his ability to communicate with conformity during my most difficult of times - I would still hold onto the doubt of receiving the right level of care for my situation. So, again, thank you for being apart of the solution & for the all-around support in positive mental health care throughout our community! Couldn’t do this without y’all.

I see Paul Kovach and Benjamin List. They’re both amazing. I would highly recommend both. My journey with Paul has been extensive, and I’ve noticed a lot of growth within myself that I wouldn’t have achieved alone. I just started seeing Benjamin, and I love that he’s extremely straight forward and transparent. I’m so thankful for them and I look forward to all of my appointments.

The psychiatrist was very friendly and made me very comfortable. I’ve had terrible experiences with psychiatrists in the past. Benjamin List is highly recommended for anyone that has anxiety about seeing someone.
