I originally contacted Dan Berg of Berg Roofing in September of 2015; his was the best proposal of several, and was given good reviews on BBB and Angie's list, I signed the contract on October 16. Work was to be done that fall barring changes in weather. I sent several emails back and forth to confirm materials and price and manner of work to be performed.. We placed our house up for sale and we had a contract in just 6 days. When the inspector came they stated that we had hail damage to the roof. We had 6 people out for estimates and my husband liked Brian Berg the best. It is a family owned business. We were in a crunch for time so he came out, gave an estimate and stated he could have it done in ONE WEEK. In LESS than a week our roof was done. unknown He first gave me an estimate for both the gutters and roof repair. After I found the original company that did my gutters, he gave me a price for the roof only. When the gutters were repaired, I no longer had a roof problem. I did not use their service.

unknown We had them put on a new roof and they did not put in a saddle between the roof line and the chimney and the snow sits there and builds up so we had a leak and they refused to come out and repair it. We had to contact a new roofing company to repair it.
No contact from the company, so no work done. I've contacted Berg twice now (July 22 and August 4). I've left detailed voicemails with my contact info and the roof issue I wanted to get checked. I have not had a response either time.
unknown Called to set an appointment for an estimate after seeing their coupon in my local money mailer. I set the appointment. Never showed up. Never called. Happily purchased a brand new roof elsewhere. If you don't have time for me, I don't have time for you.
