I had such a great time wedding dress shopping here! It was my first appointment. There was a thorough intake form which asked me what I was looking for, and some personality questions as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at Bergamot Bridal! Jennie is so knowledgeable and kind. She selected dresses for me that I was not sure I would pick out for myself but they exceeded my expectations!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this bridal shop. Five days before my wedding, a disaster happened with my original dress and I was absolutely panicked. To make matters worse, it was a holiday Monday when most places were closed. Jennie went above and beyond. She opened up for me so I could come in and try to find something last minute. I went to Bergamot Downtown, London which is close to my place. The wedding gowns are great with variety of fabric selections you’re looking for. Jenny was so great. Just before my appointment she has pre-questions that helps me narrow down the type and style of dress that I’m looking for. And true enough, when I arrived at the shop, she already has sets of gown that I can wear and fit, exactly what I am looking for.
