I have been a customer with Berglund Luxury Lynchburg for as long as they have been Berglund Luxury. We've had good times and not so good times. (Service has always been excellent.) This week, I decided to trade my XC60 for a newer model. Cory and his compadres were professional, knowledgeable and worked to meet my needs. This has been my BEST experience in purchasing a car -- from shopping to negotiating to closing the deal through finance. GREAT group of young people who aim to please. Refreshing!!!!
I have bought 3 vehicle’s from Berglund I have never bought a vehicle without taking it home for a few days to see how I liked the vehicle. They pressured me into buying without taking home first I had it for a week and took it back to them to finish what needed to be done. They kept it on their lot for 3 weeks and didn’t get done what was needed. So I told them to just keep it because they had not done what was supposed to be done after 3 weeks. I did not have a good experience with burgland BMW. We purchased pre owed x3. I’ve owned many bmws and let me say this : horrible customer service! We just moved from NJ to VA. Interest rates there are awful even with Great credit!!! No follow up calls. Don’t know salesman’s name because he didn’t impress me at all. The whole transaction was slow. No other customers were there. They put temp tag on my x3 and I STILL don’t have my plates. Temp tag expired 8/8!!!!!! No calls, nothing. I have left 5 star reviews at mount laure... read more
