I can’t say enough good things about Berglund Luxury in Lynchburg! I had a tough job that multiple other shops either couldn’t handle or flat-out refused to touch—super tightened bolts left by the previous owner that were basically seized. I would highly recommend as it was helpful conversations, honest feedback, quality guidance, and expectations, and they helped me significantly with my purchase. If you’re looking for customer first and quality luxury vehicles, I’d highly recommend Berglund Luxury Lynchburg - 10/10. Stefan was excellent to work with. He answered my questions and kept me in the loop. I was able to do 80% of the deal over the phone which is what I prefer. The finance manager was upfront and didn’t waste my time or his making a deal we were both pleased with. No back and forth which I greatly appreciate. Ashton in finance helped me sign all of the paperwork and explain different service plan options to me. I never buy a service plan but he sold me! I appreciate having an easy fast pace process.

I have been a customer with Berglund Luxury Lynchburg for as long as they have been Berglund Luxury. We've had good times and not so good times. (Service has always been excellent.) This week, I decided to trade my XC60 for a newer model. Cory and his compadres were professional, knowledgeable and worked to meet my needs. This has been my BEST experience in purchasing a car -- from shopping to negotiating to closing the deal through finance. GREAT group of young people who aim to please. Refreshing!!!!

I have bought 3 vehicle’s from Berglund I have never bought a vehicle without taking it home for a few days to see how I liked the vehicle. They pressured me into buying without taking home first I had it for a week and took it back to them to finish what needed to be done. They kept it on their lot for 3 weeks and didn’t get done what was needed. So I told them to just keep it because they had not done what was supposed to be done after 3 weeks.
