I have bought 3 vehicle’s from Berglund I have never bought a vehicle without taking it home for a few days to see how I liked the vehicle. They pressured me into buying without taking home first I had it for a week and took it back to them to finish what needed to be done. I did not have a good experience with burgland BMW. We purchased pre owed x3. I’ve owned many bmws and let me say this : horrible customer service! We just moved from NJ to VA. Interest rates there are awful even with Great credit!!! No follow up calls. Don’t know salesman’s name because he didn’t impress me at all. The whole transaction was slow. No other customers were there. They put temp tag on my x3 and I STILL don’t have my plates. Temp tag expired 8/8!!!!!! No calls, nothing. I have left 5 star reviews at mount laure... read more

I recently purchased a used Mercedes in NC and took it to Berglund to get a new key and added an oil change...everyone there is exceptionally polite...treated me as if I had purchased a new Mercedes from them....Joe Camarda is excellent to deal with...I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the service dept. and CJ in parts...all go above and beyond to help !! I will be a returning customer !!

Great experiences overall- service department is excellent, Joe is wonderful to work with and is the reason I service my vehicles at Berglund Luxury Lynchburg. Also, the sales department at this dealership provides a professional and excellent experience thanks to Tina. This is a dealership that actually cares about their customers and it truly shows. Thank you Joe and Tina for such a nice experience.
