both salesman and manager were nice. however...9 days into having my truck the driver assist light is on, the steering assist light is on, the thermostat is stuck, the battery hasn't been changed since 2021 and the engine light is on, oh yeah AND it has had a skip since day 1. these items should have been fixed b4 the truck was even put on the lot!
Bought a truck from them last year, no problems at all, process was smooth, vehicle still going strong. So naturally when I decided to buy a car we went to where we could trust. That was our first mistake, as I now have learned you can’t “trust” a dealership. Anywho I found a super cute car I liked, a Kia. Test drove it, super clean on the inside and outside, checked everything on it so we bought it. It broke down 24 hours later. was looking for a truck and salesman didnt want to show me the truck that i wanted didnt even pull my credit and told me i couldnt get the truck i stopped there to look at only wanted to show me trucks i didnt even stop there to look at very poor salesmanship and i will never buy a car there ill go back and buy another from shelor
