Finding a new place to live is always stressful . . . unless you come across a place like this with such a friendly and helpful staff! My tour guide, Alex, was able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns with ease. The location is great and the amenities are everything you could want from an apartment complex. From the moment you step foot inside Berkley House, it really does feel like home.
I just moved out of Berkley House but I had the most fantastic experience while I was there and wanted to share. The office staff was always so kind and helpful, I'd compare the customer service to that of Chik Fil A or Disney World -- always happy to help, always answering questions with a smile on their faces. I have had so many positive interactions with the staff here. Alli was so helpful when showing me different storage units I could rent. She answered all my questions and let me take my time looking at each unit. She was so friendly and professional. I really enjoyed talking to her! Berkley House was for me the best option I could have chosen. I have been here since 2021. The place is really well kept, clean, beautiful common areas. Having Starbucks coffee available all the time is such a bonus. The gym is big enough and very clean, and the pool is beautiful and very inviting. The staff are so friendly, patient and very respectful and most importantly, management is impecable.
