My Berks delivery came today and I couldn’t be more pleased! The items I ordered, without seeing in-person, far exceeded my expectations and that never happens. Delivery guys were polite and efficient. I am over the moon.

I was very pleased with my experience at Bert’s The salespeople were kind, helpful and not pushy The delivery people were great! They came on on Time - I have a lot of stairs and and it was tricky maneuvering into my family room and they got everything in and set up and to top it off they were very pleasant !

This was the EASIEST furniture buying experience we have ever had. The sales men were very accommodating late on Memorial Day. They were kind, knowledgeable and very professional. No hard sale whatsoever! They even accommodated our request to have the sectional delivered that next weekend! We found an amazing sectional at an incredible price! Will only shop for furniture here from now on!!
