The sales rep, Eric, was very helpful, responsive and friendly from first contact via an internet listing to test driving and negotiation and delivery. On initial visit and test drive there was very little pressure which I appreciated. After signing the contract there was some of the hard sells for the extended warranty and add-ons, but I except that happens everywhere.

The purchase process was smooth and the new car has worked excellent. They have followed up with us a few times to be sure that things are going well. Overall, a very good experience.
