I was attempting to purchase a vehicle when my sales person went out for a dental issue. I had contact with them while they were out and was waiting on my vehicle appraisal from berlin city. No one got back to me for two days, and now the vehicle I was in the process of purchasing was sold from underneath me. Tim the Sales manager didn't seem to care.
BEWARE DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle late on a Friday afternoon, so was told couldn't finalize details until Saturday. Sales rep said not to worry because by signing the purchase agreement, the car was "guaranteed" mine. Saturday morning came and I received a message saying they didn't have the staff to complete the sale until Monday. Odd, but not a big deal seeing that I had the guarantee, so I said no problem. I recently had a troubling experience with the Toyota service center in Berlin City, Portland, Maine. After my son took his car in for service, we noticed strange and concerning noises coming from the wheels while driving on the highway, making the car unsafe to drive.
