"warranty service" vehicle under warranty had a dead factory installed battery. called for an appointment, service writer said 3 weeks for an appointment, left me without a vehicle. service writer said i could leave a message with manager. not acceptable. eric johnson says since the appointment did not meet my satisfaction, no reimbursement from another vendor. never again at berlin city
"Doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes" Paid $1700 for work on the brakes and the car came back making a loud THWAP, THWAP sound when braking quickly. Called and forced to make an appointment weeks out. Dropped the car off and they drove and couldn't find a problem! Forced to make another appointment and made them test drive it with me and they finally acknowledged there was a problem. "Deceiving " This is the second time that I had really bad experience here. It’s awful! Telling costumers how long the service is gonna take is very important because people work around there schedule to get things done to make it to work or any other commitments they may have. Especially mentioning to them you will have to work right after. I was told it will take 30 to 45 minutes for my service base on the workflow and how busy they are but my car didn’t get done after an hour and half almost two hours for an OIL CHANGE!
"Initial service " Quick response upon arrival. Eric estimated around 1 Hour to complete the service and it was done in that time frame. No issue as the car was purchased new in March.
" Your phone system sucks " Called to make an appointment for service on my truck and it was made at the wrong dealership found out today’s before fixed it and Harold Blaney took my truck in and he was not aware of any appointments scheduled for my truck thank you Harold
"Oil Change and check up" I have a great working relationship w/Harold Blaney and he always meets or exceeds my expectations. The service staff seems to be well informed.
"Brake service needed " I brought my vehicle to the service department because the steering wheel would shake when I applied the brakes. They notified me that my rear rotors needed to be replaced and had it fixed that same day.
"For me, very expensive service." The service was expensive for me a retired disabled man. The work done was very finely executed. The emergency warning dash light (large red exclamation point) still signals a problem when the car starts to drive. I asked that this be repaired when I arrived at the service department but it was not done.
"Warning lights" They went out of their way to make sure we were made whole after a mistake. Their attention gives one confidence in driving the vehicle.
