"Inspection and new sticker." Attention to the details makes this an excellent choice for repairs., being a widow, I felt as they were making sure that everything works as it should.
"Warranty check on " Pleasant and courteous employees. They were unable to solve my problem but the symptoms the car had couldn't be duplicated. The car may have to be left if the problem continues.
"10k maintence" After being told that I had no scheduled appointment the service manager had my car serviced and I was out within 1 hour. Manager stated he knew where fault lied and he would speak to person involved
"They do what they say they will do" Made an appointment on-line for an oil-change and tire rotation. Was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, discussed the work with the service writer to which I was assigned, Jesse. He explained what they might find with respect to alignment, and describe the timing and cost of the work, both with and without the alignment. "Staff explained the issues and solved them quickly." Slow loss of tire pressure has been a problem for months. Five tire companies tried to solve it. Finally, Berlin City Toyota appears to have solve the problem.
"through" The person who checked me out went over everything that was done to my car and all the things to keep an eye on until my next visit.
"Tire rotation and Maine sticker" Service provided my vehicle back to me 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I waited for vehicle as I had a meeting that was very important.
"Tire rotation" Tire rotation. Scheduled a 7am appt. got in on time. Amy said I would be out by 8am and I was. Even got my truck washed.
"Certified used car did not even pass its fist state insp." Purchased factory certified used vehicle. Spent almost $30,000 total, including a $3000 factory Toyota diamond extended warranty. Went in to Berlin City Toyota service dept. for routine service, oil change. Had not been a year yet, but asked them to do a state inspection while truck was in the shop. I was shocked when they told me it would not pass, needs rear brakes and rotors. Quoted $475 +. I was very surprised that 11 months and 14,000 miles later it won't pass ... read more
