"Inspection and tire rotation" Very good as usual. Nick very good to work with. Very pleased with his knowledge and explaination of oil/service sticker. I am elderly and thought the sticker was to tell me of oil change not realizing it was for tire rotation. Due to the soft tires now being used, they need to be rotated more often. I had no idea. Good explaination for this elderly lady.
"Good feeling" disappointed to find that Tyler has left. I love his love for the highlander.I did have a nice visit with Michael was also informative of the vehicles.
"great" we have always had a good experience at toyota whenever we bring our car in for service. service is always done quickly and accurately to our knowledge.
"Prompt and friendly" Scheduled a General Service and was told it would be about an hour. Service rep told me the Bays were full but they would do their best to get me in and out as promised . Their service was prompt and within an hour as promised! Love the waiting area , well stocked with complementary coffee , snack and gotta love the popcorn!

"working with Mutombo" Having purchased our last 5 vehicles there, Mutombo already knew what was important to seal the deal. We looked at different dealerships, emailed our specifics, been through the process before but wanted to buy from you because we enjoy Mutombo so much. He had done his homework as well, talking with others to narrow down our sale. My husband can be a tough negotiator, but Mutombo knows how to handle him and we’re thrilled with our 4 Runner!
