"Good experience" Harold was very helpful. He changed my HEPA filter instead of me having to wait. All in all good experience. Shuttle (Bob) was great too
"Tires and Service" Harold was friendly and helpful - I'm so glad to be back up to speed! I sat in the lounge area and got some work done while I waited.
"Great service" Harold was prompt, courteous and thorough. I was able to work from the comfort of the lounge and had breakfast and coffee. Easy. I would recommend Berlin City Toyota highly.
"Berlin City" They were very helpful with finding the exact Tacoma we wanted. We communicated via email and phone and only had to go there once to pick the truck up. Super easy and great people! Highly recommended!
"True to thier word" I bought a used Truck at Berlin City Toyota. The salesman was very friendly and the staff prepped the vehicle fast. As we sat with the document writer to do the paperwork he advised us of Berlin's 4 day 200 mile return policy. As it turns out I had unforeseen issues with the truck and decided to return it. To my surprise not only were they not mad at me for returning it, they were still friendly and helpful even though I was going to buy a truck elsewhere!!
"State inspection" My service writer and the service technician didn't recommend anything except truly necessary work. Happy with my experience now and in the past. Will return in the future.
"Excellent service department. " The Berlin City Toyota Service department is great. Having my corolla serviced for 10k miles was very easy and quick. Brad is fantastic and was very attentive and went above and beyond.
"Good experience" Everything went very well, good people to work with. The price point was okay, but a little more than I initially wanted to spend. In the end, it was worth it.
"Positive experience " My car had to be towed on a Sunday to Berlin City a Toyota and I immediately emailed Diane Fortin and I had a response from her before 7:00AM on Monday morning. She kept me informed of the problem and the diagnosis in a very timely manner via email. I always enjoy working with Diane, she is the face of the service department for me and I have always been pleased with her performance. I’ve never met or talked to a mechanic but I always feel like Diane will take care of me. 5 stars for a Diane.
