"Check engine light repaiur" While traveling from NY to Maine the check engine light came on. Toyota diagnosed the problem as a sticking oil sender and replaced it. We received quick service and the work was well done.
"Excellent " Very friendly I was able to recharge my phone because of the storm and having coffee it was great everybody was friendly. I always have my car service at this center. I only been unhappy with the service was twice and it looks like that person not there anymore she was very rude.
"Service appointment" I recently brought my vehicle to Berlin City Toyota for general maintenance. They greeted me as I pulled up to the service bay. My vehicle service was completed about 20 minutes early.
"Great!" Everyone was so nice and helpful! Just the right amount of knowledge and salesmanship without being pushy. We were never made to feel like if we did not do a particular type of vehicle coverage than we were bad owners!! Thanks!
"Speedy in and out" I was in for a routine 15,000 mile service and it was accomplished in an hour, as promised. They suggested doing an inspection as well, as that was due the following week and I appreciated the idea. The waiting room is spacious and offers snacks and drinks and popcorn, though that machine was empty. I didn’t particularly appreciate the trashy show on the TV, however.
