"Excellent service" Recently had my 2016 Highlander at Berlin City Toyota of Portland for the free 20000 mile service. Dianne was my service advisor. She was great - very pleasant, competent and answered all questions.
"Great Experience" It was my first time using Berlin City for a new vehicle and everyone we came in contact with was amazing! I recently had my car serviced as well (first one) and it was a breeze! Everyone had a smile on their faces. Great customer service!

"Great service" John was excellent. Knowledgeable and easy to work with and financing was smooth and quick. The car was impressive with a lot of upgrades from the model we owned.

He answered my questions with patience and respect. He offered his help if I needed it in the future and cold beverages. He was attentive when my wife had questions.
