"Great car buying experience!" Mutombo is awesome! We were having trouble getting to the dealership to look at a vehicle because of our son's football practices. Mutombo brought the vehicle to our house so we could test drive it and then made sure no one was able to buy it out from under us while we negotiated terms and financing - which took a few days. I have bought two cars from Mutombo and he has been excellent to work with. No pressure, no BS. He makes car buying what it should be - fun!
"Normal service appointment" My car was received at the scheduled time and completed within an hour. Service advisor was very courteous and helpful as always. Waiting area facility is top notch
"25,000 mile check up" Service was efficient, quick and I was very happy with the service. It was my final "free" checkup. Jesse did bring Out the status report and I did need to buy an air filter, howeve....no problem.
"Excellent service and personal interaction." I had move my service visit up because of an emergency and staff went out of there way to get me in and out quickly. I was very great full
"Couldn't be happier!" This was my first purchase from Berlin City, the sales staff was great! The overall buying experience was so simple, I will definitely buy here again.
"Delivered service as promised" Professional, pleasant staff and delivered service work on time. No surprises or delays which is very important to me. Review of service work done was terrific
"Great Experience" The salesmen (Michael Begley) and manager were very professional and patient in helping me select the correct make and model of vehicle for me. They also gave me very competitive pricing on the 2017 Prius v Four that I purchased. They spent time showing me all of the options the vehicle had with it and how to use them. The biggest compliment I have is that I will be back the next time I am looking to purchase another vehicle.
"Well taken care of" I arrived for an oil change and a cursory look at the underbelly (dangling line). Diane noticed that I needed an inspection, which turned up some costly repairs. Given the trust I had built up for her and the dealership over years of excellent service, I did not hesitate to go ahead with the work.
"New leased RAV4" This is my 4th vehicle purchased or leased from this dealership. I keep going back for the superb customer service, reasonable deals, and great automotive service. I loved my 2015 RAV4 and really wasn't ready to part with it but the new safety features on all Toyotas led me to upgrade to a 2017 model. I am a loyal customer and am sold on Toyota value and performance.
