"Inept contracting" Salesperson was excellent, but my lease contract had to be corrected multiple times. Most problematic was that the VIN number was written incorrectly, which caused huge problems with the financial services dept and continued confusion on the payment website. Took me months to straighten everything out.
"Buying my new Camry" We had our 2002 Camry and were looking to replace it with a 2017 just as the 2018 were coming onto the lot. This dealership had an excellent choice of cars and helped us to find the perfect new replacement.
"Purchased used Rav4" It was great working with Michael Profenno. I test drove many different makes and models over several weeks. He arranged to bring a car from a related dealership for me to test drive. He followed up with me to answer questions and see if he could help me make a final decision without being pushy. The only negative of my experience with Berlin City was the $7,000 of last minute add-ons that the "finance" guy tried to sell me. I believe this is standard at dealerships, but, disappointing. "Smooth, fast and efficient service" Jesse met me after I arrived during in the service bay and was warm and friendly. The car was serviced and ready ahead of schedule and then walked to my now clean car. Thank you and Travel well.
