"regular service" Excellent service. Was done promptly, and I didn't have a long wait. All work that was performed was explained to me in a very concise manner.
"Happy Return Customer" Two years ago we worked with Berlin City for the first time, leasing a Highlander. We were so happy with the experience, and the Highlander, that we went back to Berlin City. Being a return customer is the highest compliment you can pay a business. We will go back to Berlin City in the future.
"Delivered to Bar Harbor" Started contact with Berlin City Toyota on Saturday, new car was delivered on Wednesday to Br Harbor. Price was negotiated, trade was assessed and paperwork done in a short amount of time. Know what you want and what it is worth, what your trade is worth, and Berlin City delivers on all accounts. "Great job, as usual" Service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Special Kudos to Michael Wildes (service advisor), Matt Almy, and Mutombo Mutombo (have dealt with both in the past, and they always go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
"Always accommodating" Honest about replacing my AC telling me ahead of time that my warranty covered all the costs (that was a wonderful surprise to me.) Got me in by 7:00 am and on the road by 9:00 am. See there is still such a thing as customer service!
"10,000 mile service " Excellent service. Timely, professional, friendly, comfortable waiting area. Well done! I appreciate your attention to detail and the prompt service. And having bottles of water is also very nice! Thank you.
