"service" Very professional and helpful. Talked about the work being done. Came back after inspection said everything was good except the wiper blades and they should be replaced. We had them replaced.

"Review" Service was fine. I've been satisfied with the service we have received since buying the truck. My only thought is that I would prefer to not have to do two surveys every time we bring it in,
"The easiest car I've ever obtained" I took on the task of helping my parents with obtaining a new vehicle. I talked to four local dealers and Berlin City, as I have a RAV4 from them also. The local dealers were the same old "horse and pony show" . At the end of my parents decision making, a shiny new RAV4 was delivered from Portland to their driveway in upstate NY. The sales consultant, sales manager and the delivery drivers were all excellent! Just like the license frame says - "Experience Easy"
"Good experience " I Was very happy with the time they took with me and the deal I received and I love my new Rav 4 I wil shop there again
"To inspect damage to shield" Showed up without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially Jesse Tavares. Expected a longer wait potentially. (Mondays are usually particularly busy.) Had just enough wait time for a coffee and a short chapter.) As usual they even washed my Yaris.
"Great experience" Always receive great service at this dealership! Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Vehicle is always ready when promised and workmanship is great.
"Service department is courteous and comfortable!" I visited today for a scheduled basic service appointment on a Camry that I also purchased here. It took a few minutes to get checked in, then I was able to relax and wait in their comfy lounge (big screen TV, leather chairs, soda machine). Every member of the service team showed respect and courtesy, and my work was finished on time and at the quoted price - PLUS I got a courtesy car wash (always welcome).
