"Easy to do business with" I'd been thinking about buying a 2015 Tacoma and so I contacted the internet sales departments for a couple local dealerships. "hassle free experience!" I went to Berlin city with modest expectations. I had already been to several other toyota dealers and received the obligatory "runaround" and somewhat expected the same At Berlin City. However, I was given much more for my trade, they gave me a very good price on a new tundra and I don't think I spent more than a half hour total dealing with the pricing and paperwork. Overall this was an outstanding car buying experience and I wouldn't hesitate recommending berlin city to anyone!
"Great end of lease experience" As my lease drew to a close, Toyota made it very easy to turn my RAV4 in and lease a new one. No pressure, they found me the exact model. color that I wanted and everything was ready for me when I came in to pick up the new car.
