He was friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable by not only guiding me through the purchase process, but making me feel that i was making the right choice and that he was there to help in any way possible. Everyone I met was helpful and friendly, from manager Ryan Goodwin to Cliff from the finance dept. I would definately refer business to Brady and Berlin City.

Harold is a great salesman to work with. I am in love with my Toyota Sequoia and hope I never have to get a different vehicle but if I do Harold is the person I will call.
