Dr Van is the best! She is so knowledgeable and experienced in evaluating sun-damaged skin, I feel lucky and grateful that she is my dermatologist!

no nonsense, adept at understanding health conditions and she has a homeopathic bent. A refreshing change from traditional prescribing doctors.

No receptionist to take calls. You must leave a message and they call you back to make an appointment. I had to be out of town so I needed canceled my appointment. (Had to leave a message). When I called back later trying to make a new appointment (had to leave a message again), They called back and informed me that if you cancel a new patient appointment without rescheduling their policy is that you cannot reschedule! There was only an answering service, No way to reschedule! Unprofessional

I really like Jill Stocker when I first started seeing her. However, after about a year into my going there, she started introducing all kinds of beauty products, and anti-aging products. She is now really into skin peels, botox type products, weight loss. She only seems to care about these pricey solutions, instead of basic health care, like diet, exercise, etc. I hear she moved her practice to Hollywood. This is probably a good place for her, and maybe that is why she made that move.???
