BUYER BEWARE!!!! Bernie and phyls do not care about you once they have gotten their sale. I have purchased a couch from them with a 5 year wood frame warranty which states it covers repairs and a credit for a replacement if something breaks. My wood frame fell apart so my back rest just flopped over. So they sent out a repair guy to come fix it, not one from Bernie and phyls though. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT- DON’T SHOP BERNIE & PHYL’S! The worst experience I’ve ever had with any retail establishment. First, the furniture is junk. I paid over $3500 four years ago for a living room set that now looks 20 years old!The set is chipping and falling apart. But it gets better....
