We started out on a journey with something specific in mind.. we did venture somewhere else to start and left the other place feeling frustrated. Diane the sales person at Bernie and Phyls took the time and priced everything out for us.. including special ordering.. she told us 4-6 weeks it was 5.. the delivery time was set up, we were kept informed of timing.. and the delivery people were amazing! I love the bedroom set we purchased and couldn’t be happier!
Purchasing our living set at Bernie & Phyl’s was a pleasure. Bill greeted us on our arrival and described the furniture in the showroom and then gave us plenty of space to choose the living room set of our liking. Once we made our choice, Bill was very helpful and engaging in finalizing our purchase. The delivery was accurate and the well communicated. The furniture was delivered at the time promised with care. I will shop at Bernie & Phyl’s and highly encourage others to do so as well.
Danielle listened to what I was looking for and took me to two in the store that met my needs perfectly. Then she let me take some time sitting in each before I made my decision. No pressure, just knowledgeable assistance. A truly great experience. And she has a good sense of humor! Now …if the delivery Thursday morning goes well..it will be a 100% experience!
The sales rep was excellent. She listened to our wish list and showed us all the options available to us. She spent a considerable amount of time with us and brought us from just looking to a complete sale. She was wonderful.
In November 2022, we purchased our Sleigh Bed from this store. Great service! They answered our questions. They were very knowledgeable on the whole process. We arrived pretty close to closing time and we didn't feel rushed out of the store. We had the furniture delivered and installed. No problems. Install was quick and the people were very friendly.
