Most of our order delivered but 2 pieces were damaged. Notified customer service immediately. I was notified 2 weeks ago that one of the replacements had arrived and the chair that I had ordered was also available for delivery, but I cannot get a delivery date. I do live 250 miles from the ********, ***** store and paid a $500 delivery fee. The office manager was unable to help with a delivery date because whom ever handles the long distance deliveries was not available and was told it could be another month. This would be 0 if possible!I ordered a bedroom set that was delivered in April 2022 and the dresser was delivered damaged. Second time, damaged. I was assured the next one would be gone over carefully before being sent out...DAMAGED! Fourth try, again promised it would be checked over carefully...DAMAGED!! Fifth time? Yes, DAMAGED! I am beyond disappointed with the lack of quality control and no one caring enough to do what they promised...check it carefully before delivering! Terrible customer service. Absolutely worst corporate managers. To make it worse after the corporate manager did not resolve my issue I tried to call customer service back and had them pick up the phone and slam it down 20 times. ***** called me a terrible human being because this is the 4th*** time we have needed to pieces replaced on our leather sectional due to their fault in warehouse/delivery. Issue still unresolved.
Do not do business with ************************************************ My fiancee and I ordered furniture through *********************************************** and on the delivery date, the movers dropped the drill and damaged our wood floors. I have called *********************************************** over 6 times to provide me with the moving company that they sourced out liability insurance., No one calls back and yes over 6 times and when I talk to nonmanagement staff they simply tell me to go directly to the movin... read more
Horrible customer service! I bought a bureau a year ago and it all started chipping. I was told I couldnt go back to choose a better quality bureau without paying a rental fee for the defective bureau I have.My advice shop at another furniture store, Bernie and Phyls will leave you with defective merchandise and lousy customer service!
Service was great but we bought an ****** ******* set and we are now going on one year of wait time. We have been getting our set in pieces and I am living out of boxes from my old bureau. We purchased another piece of furniture from another company and waited over a year for ****** to deliver. Horrible customer service. We ordered a couch special order. When it arrived the material was not the color, texture, or design we ordered. We had been sent a swatch from the factory and the sample looked to be very much what we had ordered but not at all like the fabric that was delivered. We dealt with the customer service office for several calls/emails and an in-house visit, only to then be told that customer service only deals with repairs, not wrong orders. We bought a sectional couch there a few years ago for over $3000 and the fake leather product that was used is totally defective and peels away from coming in contact with oils in human skin. So basically, our couch is falling apart due to human contact. Its a disgrace they would contract out a manufacturer who would use such a material and then do nothing to rectify it. Never shop with them!!
After purchasing multiple furniture from this store, and having multiple issues -- including missing parts and horribly bad sevice. Still waiting for rectification to said missing parts months later. Also still waiting for a simple response!! I can honestly say this store is one of the worst. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY -- better off shopping else where!!
