extremely disappointed with service and even more so with warranty. We purchased several pieces from bernie and ****** back in late December. Furniture did not come when promised which i understood and continued to wait patiently. Three years ago I purchased a reclining leather sofa from Bernie and ***** with a separate five year leather protection policy. After owning this sofa for a very short time the seams on the inside of the cushions began to crack and split. This problem was fixed with new cushions. Well here I am again with the same problem seams cracking and splitting, back cushion going flat. I have tried to resolve this problem with Bernie and ***** only to be told that this is not covered. Dont waste your money. Spend over 3k on a mattress that has a dip in it. Call ******************** and Phyls and month ago and scheduled a bed check, came back as a being defective and we were told that the paper work would be sent to Bernie and Phyls to start the warranty process. Was told this would be covered within 7-10 days and we would either get a new mattress or a credit. One star only because of the in person experience with a customer rep in ********, **. The salesperson was very helpful. We purchased a twin xl foundation, motion slim, for 249.00 July 4th 2020. It was delivered but we received no paperwork, warranty or shorter leg attachments. We called about that and were told that the company keeps the paperwork. What we found on their website was on the floor and the salesperson knew just where it was. The site said this particular store didn't have the piece on display, fortunately the site was wrong. Now waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery."
I am waiting 6 months on furniture I paid allot of money for and ********************** have not reached out to me once with a apology. I have called numerous times and been spoken too quite rudely . I will never buy from them again ... horrible customer service .
Bought a couch in October 2020 it was delayed shipment until mid January which wasnt an issue but then upon getting it we noticed after a week the frame was loose and damaged. We hadnt sat on it much the first week we had it due to work.
