We went in and looked at a few different couches, we were not pressured by any sales associate, when we were about to make our decision I asked about couches with a table like center console, the associate redirected us to the couch we finally decided on.
****** and *****February 26 2021 placed an order online for a bed frame. They will not give you a delivery estimate until you give them your money. $1,479.96. Saturday, February 27 received notification of a May to June delivery date. I ordered a tv stand with an electric fireplace in it, they told me 8 to 10 weeks. It's been 10 weeks. I had to call them today, she told me another 2 weeks and to call back and check on my order. She also told me that the 5 people in the office didn't have time to email everyone about there orders. Isn't that someone's Job? They have time to answer calls but not email the customers back? This product is going to be picked up at there location, ********* I don't have to set up a delivery!"
Absolute worst buying experience hands down! So many problems along the way. I ordered my bed August 15 2020 and finally got it... broken on Jan 6. Terrible follow up, no communication between departments, and so much passed off to delivery company (which also was terrible). No responsibility taken anywhere.
I was a huge fan of This company till my latest issue. My sectional couch handle was broken in November. I reached out to the company and set up a tech to come see the couch. The tech comes on Jan 2nd. The company knew the issue. The tech shows up and says he needs to order the part. I cannot book an appt to fix the couch until my part arrives. Waited 5 months for a sectional to be delivered. They sent me a confirmation the day before the delivery saying the whole order was being delivered. They only sent out half of the sectional and refused to take ant responsibility. ******** communication issues and rude employees. **** away.
I wish we had never made this purchase. In July of 2020, we purchased two chairs. When they were delivered in October with so many construction flaws they had to be returned for replacements. Last week, we were notified that the replacements had finally arrived. We scheduled for delivery today. When we didnt have a delivery window, I called to confirm only to discover that they had no record of the scheduled delivery. So now we will wait another week for the replacements. 1/24/2021Buyers ******! My husband and I bought an 8 piece sectional Summer of 2019. We Were very specific about needing a very firm sectional, were told we could pay extra for additional filling material, which is what we did. ********* arrived November of 2019, by Spring of 2020 the furniture did not look like it was holding up well. Business response:
We have had a technician out once who did state that there is no defect, rather normal softening of the cushions. The back cushions are loose fill and we did order more fill for those cushions, at no charge to the customer. We also schedule for a second opinion to assess the sectional for the customer. But the customer cancelled that appointment. The additional fill is in and we can scheduled to bring that out to install.
