If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a desk and chair online at the beginning of September. I was told my purchase would be delivered on October 26th. On October 23rd, I received an e-mail saying that my purchase would be delayed by 1-3 weeks. No big deal, I understand that delays happen. Since then, I have received 5 additional e-mails informing me that my delivery would be delayed by "1-3 weeks" or "3-5 weeks". We do apologize for the trouble. We do our best to keep our customers updated with the most recent updates we get from the factories. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the factories. The factories are seeing delays due to decreased work force and supply chain delays. As soon as we receive the goods from the factory we will schedule delivery out to the customer.
We purchased a complete bedroom set and dining room tables and chairs from ********************************************** in February 2020. We picked up the order on February 28, 2020. The furniture was in boxes and needed assembling. Upon arriving home we unboxed and assembled the furniture. There were a couple of issues with the furniture. We do apologize, we have struggled with many delays from the factories. We had been notified by the factory on multiple occoassions of ship dates that either did not happen or incorrect parts were sent.
WE WILL NEVER WALK INTO *********************** AGAIN!! We are still waiting for the remainder of our order, a single chair, 22 months later. During my most recent hour plus phone call I was laughed at, told I was crazy, and called a lier. Furthermore the store manager and corporate office have zero desire to issue us a store credit, gift card, or other compensation for their error. I would tell anyone who is looking to skip the hassle and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a sofa from this location the first week of October 2020. The particular sofa I chose was not my first choice , but I ended up going with it because the first two I chose would not be delivered until December and January, and at that time I had already gotten rid of my old set and I needed my sofa ASAP. The salesman promised it would be delivered the first week of November, so I agreed for only that I would get it that week and no later. He never disclosed any possible delivery delays. No pressure experience going in to buy a new dresser.
Purchased our furniture in August, were told it would be 8-11 weeks for a custom order due to covid. We are now over 13 weeks, and no one at ************* knows where our furniture is! Is this some sort of joke?!?! If you can't provide customers with the products you sell in a timely manner, maybe you should loan them one of your floor models until you can give them what they purchased! Spent weeks researching furniture out of necessity - not need. Settled with ***************** as we had bought an item from them before. After two months the couch and loveseat we purchased were covered in “pills.” We emailed them, and they sent us a picture of a ********* to buy. ZERO sympathy and ZERO help. Two follow-up emails have gone without response. ******* don’t care about the mid cl%%%%%% that LIKELY supports their business. Very disappointed and offended that we were sent a ********* as a response.
We went into the store looking for a recliner. Several sales people greeted us, and when we were ready to make a purchase, even though the original sales person was assisting other customers, he quickly called someone else to help us, and they came over immediately. They went over all options so we were well informed when we were ready to purchase. Can't wait to get the chair.
Worst service EVER! Was lied to about delivery times and scheduling, was called a liar, and still waiting on furniture we paid in full for 5 months ago!
