I purchased a brand new ******* * ******mattress for $2,200. It arrived damaged, the seam was torn at the corner. I called customer service, they gave me a the runaround and then offered to either repair it or give me 10% back. When I told them the mattress was brand new and I wanted it replaced, they said it wasn't their policy and they would have to check and call me back, they NEVER called back. TERRIBLE service and policies! Have owned a sectional for 4 months and it is broken - completely exploded. Took 2 weeks for someone to just come and view it (for ten minutes). 2 days later a voicemail was left to schedule a repair. Called and told them this was unacceptable but since it is their policy, it is my only option. Now I have to wait another week for them to come and pick it up for repair. I bought a love seat and noticed that after delivery it had a tear between the back and the arm. I notified Bernie & Phyl's immediately and requested another loveseat be placed and to take this one back. However, I was told a rep would come out to review the tear. Once the rep was here he said a kit would be sent out and to call them back again so they could fix the tear...this way their policy!
