Bernie and Phy’s has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had spent over $1000.00 on a mattress, box spring and sleigh bed in the Braintree store. I arranged for it all to be delivered on Saturday Oct 7. Two days before delivery I get the reminder call from them saying the delivery will be at my home Saturday between 7am & 11am. I have never given a review on any purchase but could not sit back and not do so for this purchase. This is in reference to a purchase from the Nashua NH store. This was the worst experience that I have had with delivery ad service, The sales process was great. The representative was attentive to my needs and great follow through, She is an asset to this company. The company is lucky to have her working for them. We purchased a large 3 piece bonded leather reclining sectional 6 years ago from Bernie & Phyls. 5 years in, it started to peel, just out of our warranty protection period. I called them, and they told me there was nothing they could do. They then referred me to an upholstery repair guy in Massachusetts, who told me he "doesn't touch the stuff"!!!! We feel completely cheated.

We purchased a large 3 piece bonded leather reclining sectional 6 years ago from Bernie & Phyls. 5 years in, it started to peel, just out of our warranty protection period. Bernie & Phyl do not care about unhappy customers. I will never make another purchase from them. I purchased a mattress set from them on 7/23/17 in the amount of $745.00. on 7/24/17 I called their corporate office and left a message for the general manager, nick p********** to call me. never called me. on 7/26/17, I left another message for him to call me. he never called me back. on 7/27/17 I called the corporate office and asked for nick p*********** email address. I emailed him and he has not responded.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Bernie & Phyl's. We had ordered a leather couch on March 5, 2017 and was told it would be 10-12 weeks until we recieve it. We have called numerous times and every time they add on another week. Today I finally canceled the paid order. The best part is even today the could not give me any information on the status of the couch. Why sell a product you can't guarantee? They don't even have it! I will defiantly share my experience with my family and colleges.
