Tyler was professional, on time, clean, with excellent communication. He was very efficient in changing my old water heater. I would recommend him and Berry Best Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. I also like that they are a small local business.
Price seemed a bit high but showed up quickly, completed work quickly and added an extra shutoff valve at no charge. Fixed a broken frost free hose bib with difficult access.
