Seth and Angela handled by claim through the Veterans Court in Washington D. C. My claim for sleep apnea was granted with a 50% increase to my current disability. My service was long ago and I didn’t think much about it for many years. While I struggled with numerus physical consequences from the injuries in the service I had no expectation of any benefits available to me from the VA. I was struggling to get my knees service connected and have fought with the VA for a while know. I have been trying for a whole to get my case and injuries seen and rated for benefits but the VA seem to stop my ratings at 90%. Berry Law made it so seamless for me to get my VA claim approved. I had done all I could to prove my case to the VA and I had a condition that was rated at 30%. It was a debilitating condition that I felt was a slap in the face. Berry Law made quick work of outlining what I needed to do in order to get my condition re-rated. Corrina Bartels and her staff were very proactive in getting my claims submitted. It took less than 6 months to get my disability rating from 30% to 100% with permanent & total distinction. My local rep did not express an interest in helping me and even warned me that my rating could be decreased. Corrina and her staff worked with me and the VA to ensure that did not happen.
