I was struggling to get my knees service connected and have fought with the VA for a while know. I have been trying for a whole to get my case and injuries seen and rated for benefits but the VA seem to stop my ratings at 90%. I highly recommend the Berry Law firm to assist any veteran that is having issues dealing with the VA. Whether your claim has been denied or you were given a low rating by the VA I felt that I was in good hands the entire time with Berry Law. Berry Law made it so seamless for me to get my VA claim approved. I had done all I could to prove my case to the VA and I had a condition that was rated at 30%. It was a debilitating condition that I felt was a slap in the face. Berry Law made quick work of outlining what I needed to do in order to get my condition re-rated. Corrina Bartels and her staff were very proactive in getting my claims submitted. It took less than 6 months to get my disability rating from 30% to 100% with permanent & total distinction. My local rep did not express an interest in helping me and even warned me that my rating could be decreased. Corrina and her staff worked with me and the VA to ensure that did not happen.
