I came to Berry Law because I had several issues that I believed were linked to my time in the military. Their Omaha office was literally one block from where I work so I sent them an inquiry email. Several years ago I was shooting the breeze with Mr. Berry (founder of Berry Law and was discussing the trouble I has having getting any help from service organizations—not going to mention any initials or names—and the county VSO. After my sleep apnea claim was denied for being service-connected, I reached out to Berry Law and they not only filed for appeal but they filed all my other claims. Started using Berry Law in August of last year. They disputed some denied claims through the VA and got the claims approved. I was very impressed with the level of dedication that I received to my case. The attorney wrote some amazing notes, and attached applicable evidence. The amount of information that was submitted on my behalf was above and beyond my ability. I would recommend to any fellow veterans experiencing issues with their VA claims.
