They could actually do something that would help my case. $1500 to review and make a few useless phone calls did NOT help my case.
I started with your email signup, and then sent documentation and ongoing correspondence. At every step, I would receive emails asking questions that were already submitted and provided. These emails, documents and submissions were handled by an “intake specialist”, Sarah Wilhelm. My feelings suggested that nothing was being read. Totally insensitive to a Veteran's frustrations with VA. Will not offer a consultation with an attorney, without first divulging every aspect of one's case to an intake person. They question that one of their attorneys directed you to have your information sent to the specific attorney. Intake is rude, condescending, and refuse to empathize. I reccomend every Veteran steer clear of this firm.
Wish your company would of been willing to help me . The person who called me back was not even listening to what I had to say . There is nothing we can do to help you with your service related disability. I ask what could do myself . She said file an appeal. SAD. Hope your 4th is full of hope and happyness.

For 25 years, starting in 1974 when I got out of the Army Field Artillery, I was told by every lawyer under the Sun that my medical records were burned up in a fire in St Louis! I left a comment, which was true and ended up getting blocked from the post. Nobody replied to what the issue was nor reached out to inquire why I made that comment.This is a very immature and unprofessional act by this company.
I'm a Vietnam vet. After a 5 year wait, the VA finally scheduled an interview. After a 15 minute session with a Doc in Colorado Springs, I was denied. I had requested my records be present. They weren't. The doc had no idea of where I'd served or what I'd done. This was August 2015. Like many of you, I couldn't handle the appeal myself and just put things off.
