Steven was amazing! Came out in the sweltering heat and fixed an issue with our pump. Very nice guy! And Casey is the office administrator is always so sweet and polite. They always answer. Definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing issues. They won't steer you wrong.
Highly recommend Bert Norman's Plumbing. The office was very helpful in getting Steven, our plumber, out to us in just a couple of hours. Steven was courteous, explained everything that was needed, and quoted a price that was fair and reasonable. The office followed up to be sure our issue was solved. Really a great experience.

After contacting Bert Norman's Plumbing concerning an emergency situation, Shannon, Office Manager was able to accommodate our request for timely service. Noah arrived and was able to diagnose the problem and was able to alleviate the emergency situation immediately. Noah even facilitated the ordering of necessary parts to complete the plumbing repair in a future date. This is the first time we have used Bert Norman's Plumbing services, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome.
We needed a pump motor on a Sunday morning we called Bert Norman the lady on the phone was very nice and we had a repair man out to our house in less than two hours. Steven was very polite and knowledgeable he explained what he was doing and made sure we were satisfied. I now know who I will call for all my plumbing problems.
