I initially left a 5 star review two years ago for the great service we experienced for a plumbing emergency. I am revisiting my review to add that Bert Norman's just completed an extensive replacement of our plumbing. It was a big job and we could not be more pleased. Steven Wood was amazing, always helpful, confident and reassuring that it was going to be ok. He and Dylan worked so hard to get our plumbing straightened out. Be prepared for VERY HIGH job-based pricing Had a plumber from this company come out to replace a kitchen faucet, which took about 30 minutes of actual labor. The total bill came to $900 - $300 for materials and $600 for labor. That works out to roughly $1,200/hour for the actual work performed. Bert Norman Plumbing was the most outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and polite company we have seen in quite a while. From a 6:15am panic call to the office manager on the day before Christmas Eve to the technician late in the evening installing a new hot water tank that they had to travel back and forth that day to get. We requested an estimate to replace a 50 gallon standard hot water heater with a hybrid model and provided the location and pictures. To get the estimate we had to pay $49 which was a waste of money and sales gimmick. The estimates provided were printed in a book and totally outrageous.
