We have a home warranty for our house. Had a broken pipe in our master bathroom, that was not fixed properly. Needless to say, it burst, and we were without water. The home warranty folks could not get someone here before Wednesday. After looking online, we came across Bert Norman's Plumbing. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN A HALF HOUR! Bert Norman's Plumbing is AMAZING! I had been living without water for 5 days. (I kept hoping the pipes would defrost) Finally, I called Bert Norman for help. About 6 hours later, Mitch arrived, ready to fix my plumbing. He, quickly, was able to locate the problem. The best part? He had the replacement part in his truck! Elvis came out to my office today to complete a repair for a frozen pipe. He is one of the most genuine and kind people we have had out to the office for repairs and maintenance. I appreciate Bert Norman’s for always being able to get us in quickly and complete quality work! 5 STARS!!
I can not say enough positive about this company! And our experience with them in particular the young man who put our pump in. He was amazing polight and hard working. From day he installed the pump to yesterday as he had to come back and fix a minor problem im sure due to land around house with weather. Jason did a great job replacing my well pressure tank. Knowledgeable, courteous, true professional. They supplied a Mainline tank which has a 5-year manufacturers warranty. Quality tank but pricey; $819 installed. You might save a few $$$ by supplying an HD/Lowes tank (1-year warranty.) Jason also gave me some insight as to the future of my 26-year-old well. Not pushy – just good advice. Highly recommend.
