Just had a root canal and crown by Dr Inigo and his assistant Allie. Dr Inigo was excellent, very professional and compassionate. Allie was great! Bubbly and pleasant, really helped ease my tension. The entire staff is excellent! Julie and Kelly, thank you for your help and patience too! If you have high anxiety about going to the dentist this is the place to be! 🙂
Dr indigo and his staff are absolutely amazing! Welcoming, knowledgeable and so kind. The whole team bent over backwards to make sure I was 100% happy with my smile - no easy task as my teeth weren't in great shape. They made sure I had the smile of my dreams in time for my wedding - I truly mean it when I say they went above and beyond.
Everyone at Bertie Dental is super friendly and informative about your oral health and the best steps to take to maintain your teeth or what to do to fix any issues. Felt very welcome and comfortable in the office.
Came to this office with an emergency with the intention of becoming a regular patient here. I would not suggest this office to my worst enemy. The hygienist had me in tears from pain and jumping out of the chair, but kept telling me "just a little more" or "ill go back to that tooth". Then when I had the actual dental work done the dentist came in, threw his keys and phone down, and left. I have been a patient for many years . The entire staff including Dr. Indigo, are very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly ! I have always had a positive experience and I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!
