Our 5 yr old Rinnai tankless water heater had developed water hammer noises. Steven from Best Care arrived on time as scheduled. He confirmed the water hammer issue and installed an expansion tank on the cold water side and water hammer arrestor on the hot water side. Steven has excellent customer service skills.
