Ricardo Flores was an awesome tech and better more person and professional when he arrived to our home. Please forgive me, but I forget his assistant name but he was hard at work and respectful too. Emma and Adam installed a new coil for my ac system. They were extremely professional and friendly. They made sure my house was taken care of and clean as when they arrived. I’m pleased with everything they did and how they did it. I highly recommend! I had another issue with my ac and called Best Care. The name says it all…Best Care. Our 5 yr old Rinnai tankless water heater had developed water hammer noises. Steven from Best Care arrived on time as scheduled. He confirmed the water hammer issue and installed an expansion tank on the cold water side and water hammer arrestor on the hot water side. Steven has excellent customer service skills.
