I purchased two toilets from Home Depot and paid for installation services. Best Care Plumbing called me on Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday. I was originally told that my appointment would be some time in the afternoon so I left work early. I made three phone calls throughout the day to confirm my appointment and was told I was still on the schedule. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the fact that I had a hard time getting a receipt. After several phone calls and, speaking to a home depot, and best care representative. I was sent an email that sent an invoice that said that I had a balance due. They wouldn't provide a proper receipt that showed detail billing and a breakdown of the cost of the water heater, parts, labor, or military discounts. Best Care Services' team of technicians just completed an install of two AC units at my home. I must say Tyler Pruitt, Owen White, Keaton, Seth and Brett provided superb professional service worthy of praise! They divided and conquered the task (one team inside and the other outside) all while entertaining all questions I asked to include providing expert answers. Following up on my wife's review of Best Care, things improved for a minute, now we are back in Chief's doghouse. As stated in the previous review, installation in early NOV 2024 followed by a 70 day wait to get a response on concerns from the installation scheduler, Lauren, and manager, Jonathan. Only one of two thermostats working, not all component purchased were installed, gas line cut a doorway off to our attic storage, etc. etc. About four months in, it took a Google review and some negative mentions on social media ... read more
These guys did a great job. The install looks fantastic and very professional. They worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. They were thorough and easy to talk to about the work they did. You could tell they take pride in it.
