Ordered a sofa at the Kaukauna location end of July, and was delivered end of August, less than 4 weeks. From start to finish our salesman was excellent, the delivery crew was wonderful and our new sofa is exactly what we were looking for. Great quality and very comfortable. Highly recommend and will be the first place we go to for other furniture purchases.
Great place, wonderful furniture at fair prices. We thought it was just cabin furniture but was surprised to find a selection that included living room, dining room, patio, bedroom and more. This place is well worth the drive. The salesperson was fantastic, really knew her stuff and helped us to find what we were looking for. I highly suggest giving them a try!!!
We purchased a couch with chaise and storage ottoman, a chair and a half with ottoman, and a recliner chair and a half (all made by Best Craft) from their Kaukauna store May 29 and everything was delivered July 2. We are so happy with our new furniture! It is beautiful and extremely high quality. We will definitely buy again from Best Craft! Thank you, PJ, Steve, and the wonderful delivery guy.
A Hidden Gem! A place that you shouldn't pass by! Great staff and built to order exceptional furniture with a wide variety for in home and outdoor furnishings! Needless to say we couldn't walk out the door without getting some new end tables and picking out our custom fabrics on the future chair.
We shopped for our furniture in October. My husband actually enjoyed the experience! The salesperson took time to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. It would have been ready before Christmas but I wanted to wait until after the holidays. They were fine with that. When our furniture was delivered the delivery was so smooth. Anyone looking for new furniture I would definitely recommend giving Best Craft a try!
