Steph was amazing to work with and made our vacation magical right from the start! She was super patient as I asked her for a bunch of different date and room options for our trip and when I had a question while in the park she answered immediately. I can’t believe this great service is free to use not only to help plan a Disney vacation but also to help plan time at universal as well! I definitely would use this service again!

I have to give an awesome shout out to my cruise planner, Angela Beadle, who came highly recommended by a friend of a friend. I was happy to have an experienced cruise planner like her take over the reins of assisting my group of 18 family members and friends. I planned a Disney Cruise for myself and my granddaughter and I went through Best Day Ever & Christen Korte. What an amazing experience I had. Christen was perfect. She walked me through everything, booked our trip, shuttles, hotel stays, etc… Everything you can think of she did for me. I never felt more comfortable planning a trip than this one. Sara Pacheo was so easy to work with. We had to change travel plans a couple of days before our trip due to a storm. She worked tirelessly to make those changes for us. Our trip was perfect; she was on every detail. I cannot praise Sara enough for her kindness, flexibility and information sharing. I highly recommend Sara to anyone traveling, you will not be disappointed.
