After all said and done best mattress customer service solved my issue buy replacing my mattress . The hold up was due to a miss read report they had received from the inspector. The customer service agent stood up for me corrected the issue and all is good now, for this I changed my original rating from one star to five star and just got another bed from them .

We went to Macy's Furniture looking for a great mattress at a reasonable price, then came over to Best Mattress to see what they had to offer. So impressed with their selection of mattresses for all price ranges and Ashlei was extremely helpful!! We went with Best Mattress and couldn't have been happier. Thanks Ashlei!!

Letha & Isaac were great to work with. They asked a lot of questions and really got to know what it was we were looking for to make an appropriate recommendation. They took genuine interest in our concerns and offered expert advice. We finally arrived at a solution: The Purple 4 Mattress. It wasn't readily available in Las Vegas, but they scoured the stores across the country and found us one in St George, Utah. I've had a tempur-pedic for about 15yrs now and was looking for something new. Looking at some reviews I decided to stop by this store. Josh greeted meet immediately and showed me around. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and let me test out multiple beds to see which one would suit me best. He was very patient and never pushy. An excellent all around experience. I would highly recommend this store, and especially Josh, if you are looking for your next bed.
