Best Mattress has unbeatable prices. After meeting with my sales consultant Jalloh, I decided to take advantage of their amazing 4th of July holiday sale, by finally purchasing a queen mattress & boxspring set for my guest bedroom. This is a great store, with plenty to choose from. I went with the Serta Sealy mattress brand myself. If you are in the market for a mattress Jalloh at Best Mattress (on rainbow at the 215) is the man to see. He's friendly, courteous, and excellent at his job.
Mattress shopping is not fun and can be very challenging when dealing with someone who doesn't know much and or doesn't want to help much. But let me tell you me and my pregnant fiance were just looking because we really just couldn't find a mattress that really worked for us and we where not going to spend the money for a top of the line mattress and not be 110% about it. Brian at Best Mattress was fantastic to work with. He made the process of buying a mattress incredibly easy. He worked with us to find the best mattress for my boyfriend and me. Even their comfort exchange policy was easy and upfront with no hidden fees. After purchasing a mattress that was a little too firm for us, we ended up exchanging it for a more plush mattress. We dealt with Brian and he was great. We have had our mattress for a little while now and am very happy. Brian was not only extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, but was very accommodating, friendly, and made it an enjoyable experience. I know who I’ll be buying my future mattresses with!!!
Simply the best. Bought my mattress during their memorial day sale and their prices were at IKEA levels affordable. Jalloh was excellent: super informative, patient, and didn't try to up-sell me once we laid out what I was looking for and my budget. Would highly recommend over Mattress Firm or furniture stores with overpriced options and inattentive store associates!
